WHAT IF IT ARRIVES AND I DON'T LIKE IT?
I want you to be seriously in love with our art and 100% satisfied with my products.
If the piece is not what you expected, and you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days to contact me by email to request a refund. Once a refund has been agreed, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery using the same service it was sent to you. Once the piece has been safely returned I will refund your payment within 14 days. Payment is refunded less the original cost of shipping to you and less the PayPal fees that I incur.

WHAT IF THE PIECE ARRIVES DAMAGED?
All work is carefully packed and wrapped. If you receive a work that has been damaged in transit, please contact me within 7 days and provide photos of the damaged packaging.

WHAT ABOUT OVERSEAS RETURNS?
At this point I am unable to offer a refund or return on any product(s) sent outside Australia.

NOTE ON MATERIALS
​Original artworks on canvas.
All artworks on canvas come complete with D-rings and a hanging wire attached, Bumpers are attached on the back bottom edge of the painting to protect your walls. It will be ready to hang and enjoy.
FRAMING
If the artwork is sold as framed it is stated on the product page. If you would like me to organise framing of your artwork prior to shipping, please email me for options and prices. Please note that this option will take up to 3 weeks longer to allow the framers time to expertly frame your piece. You will be charged an additional fee for framing as follows: The framing costs plus 10% for handling (I am happy to provide you with invoice showing the cost of framing).

Works on paper, including Limited and Open Edition prints, are sold unframed to reduce shipping costs for you and so they get to you faster. This allows you to choose framing to suit your colours and decor. In some cases, I have framed works on paper available, and this will be stated in the product details.
ORDERING AND PURCHASING
HOW IS MY PAYMENT HANDLED?
Payments are taken through a third party, secure payment system. I use PayPal. Prices are stated in Australian Dollars (AUD). If you are an international buyer, please note that PayPal will automatically made the conversion. You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase, you can use the PayPal service to pay with your regular debit or credit card. I do not personally have access to or store your debit/credit card details.
PAY
PAYING BY DIRECT DEPOSIT/BANK TRANSFER​
To pay by direct deposit, or bank transfer, please contact me with the artwork you have selected, I can provide my bank details to you. Payment using OSKO or other immediate options is preferred. I will manually mark the painting as sold on your behalf. However, please note, that the artwork or purchase will not be dispatched until full payment is received into my account.
INFORMATION COLLECTION TO ENABLE TRANSACTION AND SHIPPING
Information will be collected for shipping and order processing purposes. You name, address and email address will be added to my purchaser details and my email subscription list. This does not include your credit card details. This information is kept for my own records so I know where my paintings have gone to and to keep in touch with you. You can unsubscribe at any time.

No information collected from this website will be shared with any third parties outside what is necessary to process an order. Address details will be provided to couriers for delivery of artworks. Personal information will only be used for communications regarding a purchase. This may be to verify the delivery address, to advise when an artwork has been despatched, to update with tracking number and/or respond to an enquiry. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
SHIPPING POLICY
AUSTRALIAN ORDERS
* FREE SHIPPING AND HANDLING FOR ALL PURCHASES OVER $150 (AUD) Australia wide. I use Australia Post for smaller parcels and packages. For larger works, I uses TNT.

Prints up to A3 size will be packed flat for postage.
Prints larger that A3 size will be rolled and packaged in a tube for postage.

Original Works on Canvas
Works on canvas are packed with firm card or board against the painted side and back, wrapped in bubble wrap and then boxed for shipping. The artwork will have bumper corners attached in the packaging to avoid damage to the corners.
Once the order and payment has been received an email will be sent to confirm your purchase. Confirmation on dispatch will be sent once available.
This will include tracking details and name of the shipping service that will be used.
Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery within Australia. Due to COVID, which has seen a large increase to demand for shipping and postage. Remote rural areas may take a little longer. Please be patient.
